Screaming Health are a web technology start-up that provides affordable social-networking Web solutions and online marketing services to alternative/integrative health professionals and service providers. Our services are twofold. First, we optimize their Web sites and make them rank highest on major search engine sites. Second, we add them to our "Screaming Health Network" (SHN). SHN works like a hub and it is dedicated to the Alternative/Integrative Health community. Our tagline is "We bring online to you." In simple terms this means our services will make the Web sites of health professionals become discoverable on the Internet. Discovery is the primary key to online presence today. Clients are looking online for products and services to improve their personal health experience. Screaming Health uses advanced technology to direct them to Web sites of health professionals, who are also members of the Screaming Health Network.

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing lead person taking charge with the sales cycle from generating leads to closing the sale. In this job you will primarily engage with online social networks to generate leads and sell. We offer three packages to professionals to choose from. This is a ground-level opportunity to sell to the community of health professionals that is traditionally under-served and underutilized. The alternative health community is a multi-billion-dollar sector and it is growing exponentially. Thanks to the advent of the Internet and Social Media, the practitioners are now making themselves known to an ever-increasing public that is just beginning to take their personal health into their own hands. They seek out remedies and solutions to their health problems, and to do so they search the Internet to find qualified practitioners.

If you "get" the art of sales, this could be your ideal job. You can grow the business and build a sizable income for yourself. You have the opportunity to shape and mold the Sales Department and the management welcomes and values your input immensely. We give you the tools, products and services; you evangelize to health professionals.

Some of the tasks in this job are as follows:

  • Promptly engage all web and phone inquiries.
  • Qualify/disqualify new sales leads.
  • Prospect and harvest potential leads from groups within social-networking sites such as Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
  • Track leads and walk them through the sales funnel and eventually sign them up.
  • Update Screaming Health profiles on several social-networking communities, including Facebook and Linkedin.
  • Contribute sales and marketing articles to company blog.
  • Understand the community of Alternative/Alternative health and suggest to management effective products and services.
  • Work directly with founders and advisers in the company to learn the ropes in the Integrative/Alternative health community.

This job requires a self-motivated and hard-working sales person who can work independently and with minimum supervision. We require 2-5 years of experience in direct sales. You should have a desire to function and succeed in a fast-paced high-tech company focused on social networking.

Initially we are looking for a sales professional to work at least 20 hours per week, but if you take off well and can produce results, we will be glad to discuss possibility of engaging you full time.
